Firewood should have a residual moisture content of less than 20% so that it can be burned cleanly and without pollutant emissions, and you get optimal and efficient energy release. If the wood is too moist, the energy in the form of hot water vapor is lost through the chimney as exhaust gas and is no longer available for room heating. Moist exhaust gases also damage the chimney (risk of sooting). Thanks to our special drying process, we have a guaranteed residual moisture content of between 14-16%.

Um einen Schüttraummeter zu messen, werden Gitterboxen verwendet, deren Füllvolumen etwas über 1,00 m³ beträgt.

Delivery is reliable and on time, always in accordance with the provisions of the ADSP2017 to the curb. Our experienced forwarders use a liftgate and a pallet jack to safely unload the pallet. The pallet remains in your possession – without additional effort or costs for a pallet exchange.

High-quality hardwood is optimal when it comes to firewood. Whether it's beech, oak, or black locust is not always crucial – what is crucial is how high the residual moisture of the firewood is.

Beech and oak wood have almost the same and also the highest calorific value. Beech firewood is a very dense wood and has the highest energy yield per kWh/RM. Thus, heating with beech/oak is economical and ecological.

For the "atmosphere connoisseur" or the open fireplace, birch is the best choice.

Messen Sie Ihren Ofen bzw. Kamin so aus, dass Sie immer genügend Platz für Ihr Kaminholz haben, mindestens 3 cm an beiden Enden des Kaminholzscheites.

Die Entsorgung der Kaminasche kann über den normalen Hausmüll erfolgen. Die Asche aus dem Kamin kann auch als Düngerbeigabe dem Kompost beigemengt werden.
